On March 9th, Dr. Li Yuxi was invited to visit the Software College. During the visit, he made an academic report entitled "The CoreTechnology of AlphaGo and Its Application" at Room B520 of Xinxi Building, Hunnan Campus, and interacted with teachers and students. 200 teachers and students from Software College and College of Computer Science and Engineering attended the report.
Combining his practical experience and research results, Li Yuxi introduced the emerging technologies in the field of "Artificial Intelligence" and "Machine Learning", including "Deep Learning", “Reinforcement Learning “and core technology of AlphaGo. Dr. LiYuxi pointed out that artificial intelligence and machine learning were hot issues, and new technologies and technologies kept emerging, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the world was unpredictable.
Li Yuxi, doctor and post doctor of University of Alberta, Canada, who won the Honorary Izaak Walton Killam Memorial Scholarshipduring his doctoral years, is committed to the cutting edge technology and their application such as Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
